Terms & Conditions Sure Win – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Sports Betting Platform

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Sure Win platform, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This includes all other policies and guidelines referenced in this document, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Sure Win platform and refrain from completing any registration or financial transactions.

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Sure Win (the platform). Any dispute arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved in accordance with the terms set out in this document.

To register and use the Sure Win platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Sure Win carries out an age verification process and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
• Take full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account. Each account is for the personal use of its owner only and must not be shared.
• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
• Having only one (1) active account at Sure Win. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and all balances frozen.

Sure Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other valid documents recognised in Malaysia. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Sure Win supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia for players' convenience. All transactions are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless special approval has been granted by the Sure Win team. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering.

Sure Win does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond Sure Win's control.

Sure Win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus comes with rollover (turnover) requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. Rollover requirements vary by bonus type and will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once only by each new player. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes fraud and may result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
• Sure Win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted in error or obtained through means that violate the terms, including the exploitation of bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and are automatically credited to eligible players' accounts.

Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn and may only be used to place bets on the Sure Win platform. Different game types may contribute differently towards rollover requirements — please refer to the specific promotion terms for details.

All betting and gaming activities on Sure Win are governed by the following rules, which every player must comply with:

Sure Win reserves the right to reject, cancel, or limit any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, system exploitation, or any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.

All settled betting outcomes are final and cannot be altered except in cases involving a proven technical error. Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be raised within 72 hours from the date of the decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sure Win platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or termination without prior warning:

• Multiple account registration – each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any time.
• Use of false information – providing inaccurate or false name, date of birth, address, or financial information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors – taking advantage of any technical errors, mispriced odds, or system vulnerabilities to obtain illegitimate winnings.
• Use of bots or automation software – using any software, scripts, or automated methods to place bets, access accounts, or carry out any activity on the platform.
• Payment fraud – using a payment method that does not belong to you, initiating chargebacks, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion between players – unlawfully colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
• Money laundering – using the Sure Win platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.

Sure Win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account for the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by the player to voluntarily close their account.
• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

When an account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to fraud), any remaining balance will be refunded to the player after deducting any outstanding debts, bonuses that have not met rollover requirements, or applicable charges.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Sure Win customer support team. Requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sure Win shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages suffered by a player, including:

• Financial losses resulting from temporary technical disruptions beyond Sure Win's control.
• Betting outcomes affected by unforeseeable circumstances such as power outages or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Losses arising from valid and final betting outcomes in accordance with the game rules.

Sure Win takes the protection of all players' personal data seriously. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy Sure Win, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By using the Sure Win platform, you agree to:

• Authorise Sure Win to process your personal data for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, and legal compliance.
• Ensure that your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Notify Sure Win immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Sure Win fully complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or court order.

Sure Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, Sure Win will endeavour to inform players of significant changes through:

• In-account notification upon player login
• Email to the address registered on your Sure Win account
• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page will reflect the latest revision date

Your continued use of the Sure Win platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Sure Win's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 – Direct Complaint: Contact the Sure Win customer support team within 72 hours of the incident. We will investigate and provide a response within 5 working days.
• Step 2 – Consultation: If a complaint cannot be resolved at Step 1, both parties agree to attempt resolution through amicable negotiation within 30 days.
• Step 3 – Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be referred to arbitration by a recognised body.

This Terms & Conditions document is the official version in Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any inconsistency between different language versions, this Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
